Livlymaps Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Livlymaps provides tools to discover, organise, and share maps and place-related information, including features powered by AI and automation (the “Service”). The Service includes our iOS application, website at https://livlymaps.com, and related features.

We do not guarantee that any particular place, route, or third-party data is accurate, complete, or up to date. Map and location data may come from you, other users, or third-party providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm people or groups.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Conduct automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant Livlymaps a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any content you submit to or create through the Service.

7. AI Features and Outputs

AI output disclaimer

The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence. Such content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, safety, or navigational advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.

Supervision

You are responsible for how you configure and use AI-assisted features, including any content shared with others. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, branding, and software are owned by Livlymaps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.

9. App Store Terms

If you download Livlymaps from Apple’s App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for the Service except as required by those terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party providers such as map data providers, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers.

Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months or $100 (USD), whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livlymaps from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our misconduct.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination of your account, we may delete or anonymise associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sweden, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will revise the “Last updated” date above.
